And to think I tried Guild Wars because I was afraid of the WOW’s online fees. Someday, I guess I should just suck it up…
The monthly fee kept me from trying for a long time. That and I prefer solo play, but after hearing The Instance podcast, and the enthusiasm the hosts, Scott and Randy have, I gave it a try. Needless to say I really got into it and then joined their guild. Haven’t looked back since. They have a 14 day free trial to check it out, so try it out. Roll up a Horde character on the Earthen Realm server and we can go kill stuff!
It will be a few weeks before I can afford the program. But, I’ll seriously think about it!
That’s why I like WoW. There’s a sense that somebody actually sat down with a pen/pencil and actually drew the scenery.
Blizzard has always been one of my favorite developers, and WoW only enforces that. I’m constantly amazed at what I discover as I trek around. I only wish I had more time to play.
